ISLAMABAD, 05, 01, 2012: Tehrek-e-Taliban Pakistan last night has killed 15 Frontier Constabulary personnel, kidnapped from Tank (Dera Ismail Khan) two weeks ago.
Spokesman of Tehrek-e-Taliban Pakistan, Ihsanullah Ihsan has admitted that the killing of 15 FC personnel is a reaction of the operation that had been carried out by Frontier constabulary against TTP activist at Landikotal area of Khyber Agency two weeks ago.
The spokesman further revealed that the FC personnel had kidnapped the TTP activist’s families during in operation at Khyber Agency. He also said that in respect of that operation the TTP had attacked an FC fort killing one Personnel and kidnapped other 15 14 days back. The activity came across in such a scenario when there were rumors about the TTP and Security Forces talks for holding peace in the region.
But this brutal action has totally reverse the situation and made it clear that there were no such talks in process.
On the other hand the Afghan Taliban Chief Mulla Muhammad Umar Akhoon has also verified the negotiation holding between US authorities and Taliban for peace in Afghanistan. It is stated that the Afghan Taliban Chief has demanded of setting free Taliban prisoners and leaving Afghanistan, from the US in the talks.
The Afghan Government has also showed its support for the US talks with Afghan Taliban.
